Project Overview
Heritage Quarter required deep expertise in heritage conservation alongside modern structural and services engineering. Six Haussmann-era buildings were carefully restored and reconfigured into 38 premium apartments. Our team performed structural underpinning, facade restoration, and complete interior renovation while preserving all heritage elements required by the City of Paris authorities.
